Typically, people who exercise, start eating better and becoming more productive at work. They smoke less and show more patience with colleagues and family. They use their credit cards less frequently and say they feel less stressed. Exercise is a keystone habit that triggers widespread change. — Charles Duhigg (via psych-quotes)
Faith makes all things possible, not easy.
Is one of the only things that belongs solely to you.
But you’re not allowed to take it.
We can only learn from it.
We are stronger from it.
And have learned things because of it.
You can’t go on despising it or wishing it would change.
Because you’re the person that you are today because of it.
You can use it to build a better future.
Influence your future decisions.
Oh hello there!
Gym and school
Sooo I’m back. Graduated from boot camp 3 weeks ago and have just been chilliing on hold in Great Lakes. RTC was a breeze and the only problems I had was having to sing so much being the AROC. Besides that, lots of fun yelling at people, eating 3 meals a day and getting paid to work out. A-school is pretty chill so far. Just have to get used to being a normal person again, since RTC instilled in us a genuine fear of anyone higher ranking than us and stripped all individual thinking, but I’m sure I’ll come around with time.
